The work addresses the tension between two generations and the mechanisms through which power relations are stabilized. The sculpture remains in balance only because one side is counterbalanced by artificially added weight—a material symbol for arguments based less on substance than on persistence.
A structural imbalance becomes apparent in the seemingly stable equilibrium: one generation has new strategies and ways of thinking, but remains blocked in existing hierarchies. The system perpetuates itself—in constant motion, without really changing.
